The executive room was fantastic, though breakfast service was frustratingly late.

The staff provided an engaging restaurant ambiance.
Despite the initial charm, the room lacked adequate lighting and the shower struggled to provide a consistent flow. There were also persistent noises from nearby guests that disrupted our sleep. For the price we paid, I expected better upkeep of the facilities.

Lovely stay with great food options
During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The meals were well-presented and delicious, and even the kids could eat for free at breakfast! The atmosphere felt homely and warm, which made us feel right at home. the bathroom in our room could use some improvement, as it was quite dimly lit with a need for better upkeep.

Just a balanced option for a weekend getaway in Blackwaterfoot with good value for price. The food was of good quality and value, and the children ate free at breakfast. If staying, check for smoking policies to avoid unpleasant smells from neighbors.

the staff are super friendly and made us feel at home, also the food was really nice and freshly made. our room was comfy and clean, and wifi was spot on for work. the location was nice too, right in the middle of blackwaterfoot and close to the beach!
we did hear noises from other guests which was annoying at night, and breakfast could've been better, a bit pricey for what it was.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the warm hospitality, amazing food, and the atmosphere felt like home. After playing golf at nearby courses, we hit a local pub for some fun before returning to unwind. Highly recommend checking out the new menu, it’s a must-try!
One downside was our communication hiccup with staff regarding reservations, but they quickly resolved the issue, which showed their commitment to guest satisfaction.

The room was comfy and well-decorated, especially for a converted Victorian house. It was clean, and the bedding was spotless. I didn’t hear much noise from other rooms, which was nice, though the shower took ages to warm up and was more of a trickle. I felt safe with the big bolt on the door. Just a heads up—a few dark curtains would really help with the light leaks at night.
